The current Bradford West Gwillimbury Town Council has approved a proposal to build a 13,000-square-meter Town Hall at 125 Simcoe Road.

Key elements of the proposal include an administrative space (i.e. an administration building spanning roughly 4,540 square meters to consolidate numerous town offices around town into one building), a performing arts auditorium (with fixed and removable seating, stage areas, dressing rooms, and a lighting/sound booth), recreation and public space (including a double gymnasium, outdoor community plaza, skating trail, splash pad, and multi-sport courts), and the integration of a Simcoe County affordable housing complex. The current cost estimate for this facility is $99 million.
